Housed on sixth and seventh floor of the Zavaray Poonawala Cancer Building, this complex comprises of five state-of-the-art operation theatres and an endoscopy suite. All the theatres have pleasantly coloured stainless steel walls, Dr. Mach Lighting System, Drager Fabius Anesthesia Machines, high quality cautery machines and monitoring equipment. Out of five, two operations theatres, dedicated to Laparoscopic surgery, are equipped with latest Laparoscopy equipment. Other theatres will be used for joint replacement surgeries, neuro and orthopaedic surgeries apart from all oncology related procedures.  Six-bedded recovery room with all ICU facilities forms a part of the complex.

CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) forms the heart of any OT complex. In the new OT complex, it is situated on the sixth floor itself to minimize transportation of sterile instruments. Layout of the CSSD is unidirectional to avoid cross contamination. The CSSD Department is well equipped with Autoclave (Getinge), ETO gas sterilizer (Anderson), sealing machine, stainless steel racks, ultrasonic cleaner, air and water jet, dryer and offcourse with well qualified, trained, and experienced staff to run it.
