Dr. Sujai Hegde is a Surgical Oncologist with a special interest in Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Surgery. He completed his oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He continued his training at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore as a speciality registrar in Advanced GI Oncology and Hepatobiliary Surgery for five years.
He has numerous national and international publications and as faculty in various national meetings. His aim is to develop GI Oncology as a speciality branch and is co-founder of The Centre of Advance GI Oncology at Ruby Hall Cancer Centre. His main interests lie in liver, pancreatobiliary, gastric and rectal cancers.
