Dr. Aditya Kulkarni, MS, DNB, FRCS (Edinburgh), is an experienced consultant surgical gastroenterologist specialising in GI, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic endosurgery. His expertise includes minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) surgical techniques for complex gastrointestinal cancers.

Dr. Kulkarni is an accredited da Vinci robotic surgeon, having performed over 200 major robotic surgical oncology procedures, with a focus on robotic gastrointestinal and HPB surgeries. He is a vital member of the robotic GI surgery team, which holds the record for the largest number of totally robotic pancreatoduodenectomy (Whipple’s) procedures in India.

With extensive experience in complex surgeries, he specialises in minimally invasive radical procedures for esophagal, gastric, and pancreatic cancers, as well as liver and biliary tract resections for liver and gallbladder cancers.

Dr. Kulkarni has a strong research background, authoring multiple book chapters and peer-reviewed publications, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. He is committed to providing comprehensive and advanced surgical care to his patients through innovative techniques.
